The 1969 Dodge Charger was a sports coupé of the American Chrysler group and belonged to the class of muscle cars. In addition to the road car version, the model was also used in racing, e.g. in the NASCAR series.

The model received a revival through its appearance in the 2013 film “Fast & Furious 6”, the sixth part of the Fast & Furious film series. In the film, the car was driven by Dominic Toretto, who was impersonated by actor Vin Diesel and played one of the main roles in several parts of the film series.
